The Director General of MOE sends a message to students in the country that they have a primary certificate, and a high school diploma from one stage to another.
Director General of the Ministry of Education and Science JSL Md. Ahmed Abokor Mahamed, sent a message to Somaliland students, school principals, universities, and all parents.
The Director General made it clear in the message that students who do not have a Certificate of Completion from Grade 8 in middle schools cannot sit in 4th grade in high school. In the same way, the students of the country's universities have their high school diplomas.
On the other hand, WW&S Director General Md. Ahmed Abokor Mahamed spoke about the progress of the scholarships that Taiwan has provided to the Republic of Somaliland, and reminded the students that the application for the scholarships is still going on.
