Decentralization of Basic Education.The Ministry of Education and Science JSL has officially handed over to the mayors of Hargeysa, Gabiley and Berbera basic education (primary/middle) in Hargeysa, Gabiley and Berbera.
The event was held at the conference hall of the headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Science and was attended by officials of the MoEs and the mayors of the three districts and other officials from the local government decentralization office, officials from the three districts and officials from the Ministry of Education and JSL science.
