Launch Meeting of the MoE's Teamwork and Task Demarcation Manual
Today, at the Ministry of Education’s conference hall, a meeting was held to present the system for teamwork and the delineation of tasks between the departments and offices of the ministry. This initiative aims to align the ministry’s internal structure with its new organisational framework and the services it delivers to the public.The meeting was opened by the Minister of Education, Prof. Ismaaciil Ducaale Yuusuf, accompanied by the State Minister, Mr Maxamed Yuusuf Ibraahim (Faacuul), and the Director General of Education, Mr Cabdiraxmaan Xuseen Xirsi.
This well-organised event featured presentations from the officials assigned to prepare the teamwork and task demarcation system, including Mubaarik Ibraahim Aar and Mukhtaar Axmed Cumar. They shared their work directly with departmental directors, office heads, and senior leadership of the Ministry of Education, providing an in-depth explanation of the content and how the manual will guide the operations of various departments and offices within the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Somaliland.
Afterward, participants engaged in an open discussion about the program, exchanging views and raising questions related to the matter. Following extensive deliberations and analysis, consensus was reached to formally implement the program.
