Hargeisa-13-02-2023-()- The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland, Honorable Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail (Sailici), participated in the agreement to complete the project of decentralizing basic education in local governments, which was held today at the Institute of Local Governments in Hargeisa.

In a brief ceremony held at the meeting hall of the local government institution, the Ministry of Education and Science JSL officially handed over to the local government the decentralization of basic education in the districts of Hargeysa, Berbera, and Gabiley.
