The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science opened a conference on the preparation of the 2023 plan and the revision of the 2022 plan in Berbera. The meeting was opened by the mayor of Berbera, the regional education officer of the Sahil region, and the directors of departments of the Ministry of Education.
